Do you take my insurance?

River City Dental Care® is a fee for service practice as well as a premier provider for Delta Dental, and we are also in network with Cigna and Blue Dental. We will file the necessary claims to your insurance company for any dental services rendered at River City Dental Care®.

What can I do to get reimbursed by my insurance company as quickly as possible?

Keep us up to date on any changes in your address and phone number, so that your insurance reimbursements are mailed to the correct address and your insurance company can contact you if necessary.

What payment options are available to me?

We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover cards. Other financial options are available from dental credit companies, including U of I Credit and Care Credit. These companies offer financial arrangements for dental care without interest or finance charges for 90 days to one year (depending on minimum requirements). Applications are available at River City Dental Care® and are quick and easy to fill out, or you can click on the links below. Our staff will be happy to assist you with completing and sending in these applications.

U of I Credit offers no interest loans (or loan plan) for 6, 12, and 18 months and extended options with interest for 36 or 72 months. Call us for details or apply above.

How often should I visit the dentist?

For most patients, regular cleanings are scheduled every six months. By visiting your dentist twice a year, he or she can monitor your oral health, keeping your teeth and gums in optimal condition.
